Hi there! My name is Carlos, and I am a Product and Engineering Leader based in Portugal. I’m into Engineering, Investment, and CrossFit.
With a background in Software Engineering, I have commercial Product, Engineering and Management experience for high-growth startups, established businesses, and public institutions across Europe for the past 18 years.
I have previously co-founded a SaaS company, helped build better government services, scaled distributed engineering teams, helped Talkdesk end bad customer service worldwide, and built Astrada’s API platform to enable access to real-time card transaction feeds on any credit card.
I’ve been working remotely since 2017 and that’s the setup where I feel happier and more productive.
I love solving complex problems, growing product and engineering teams, taking projects from concept to release, and working with fast-paced teams to deliver value and scalable solutions.
